Terms & Conditions

This privately owned reference has no connection to a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service. Its Brevard County and Florida resource links cannot be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another regulated purpose.

Nature of the Website

This is a private informational resource with no authority over BCSO, FDC, a court, a detention facility, or another public office. It stores no official custody records and cannot confirm present custody, release anyone, file a request for a visitor, or issue a court document.

The pages point readers toward Brevard County release-record sources, Florida corrections systems, and independent research services. A link or explanation is not an official agency response.

Acceptable Use

By using the site, a visitor agrees to obey the following limits:

  • Do not violate a law or another person’s rights.
  • Do not use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm anyone.
  • Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-covered decision.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or bulk automated collection.
  • Do not interfere with the site or prevent other visitors from using it.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither it nor its advertising partners offers screening services. Users agree not to apply its information to:

  • hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment choice;
  • tenant selection or a housing decision;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or an insurance premium;
  • licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other eligibility decision regulated by the FCRA.

Links Beyond This Site

Outbound links may lead to Sheriff or corrections pages, public records, courts, federal locators, legal resources, or independent search tools. Those services are not endorsed or controlled here. Their content, privacy practices, availability, pricing, and terms are their own responsibility.

Information Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • information is accurate, complete, or current;
  • access will be continuous;
  • software will be free of mistakes or security weaknesses; or
  • a partner search will return every relevant result.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from BCSO, FDC, a jail, a court, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, its owners, and its content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

Responsibility for Claims

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its owners, and its partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user’s conduct, misuse of information, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Brevard County Released Inmates or the identified content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Changes and Access

These terms may be revised at any time, and a new version becomes effective when posted. Access may also be suspended, limited, or ended at any time and without prior notice when necessary to protect the service, enforce these rules, or for another lawful reason.

Florida Law and Severability

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute must be filed in a court with jurisdiction in Florida. If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as far as needed, while the remaining provisions continue in effect.
